Anybody has any idea why this FDC is being generated.
Everytime I restart the box the QMGR is ending unexpectedly.

| This looks a lot like APAR IC33219 which was fixed in 2002. I would have thought this fix would be in 5.3. Your FDC indicates that the problem is with endmqm. Are you using any parameters on the endmqm? |

I am not doing the endmqm. I think MQ would shutdown the QMGR when I shutdown the machine. I am not having problem with the other two QMGRs (one I created, one created by MQWorkflow config utility). This one is created while configuring WMQI.
If I manually start the QMGR after the machine is restarted, it starts OK.

I know that it is late but
WinNT error 2226 from NetLocalGroupGetInfo means "the specified NT Server is not the Primary Domain Controller and the action failed."
So your domain environment must have changed since you installed MQ and the NT server that MQ is querying is no longer valid
I don't know how you would get around this other than by reinstalling MQ
