Has anyone experience any problems with MQSeries Keep Alive and Vitria? I am using MQSeries 5.2 on an Windows 2000 Advanced Server and my client is connecting to us via Vitria. Vitria uses its own connection model that acts like a MQSeries Client. The Vitria product is using its own load management program with initializes multiple instances of a particular client channel. Through out the day, the Vitria product will drop an connection and establishes new instances of the channel. MQSeries do not see the channels as dropped but orphaned, waiting for traffic. Vitria cannot use the heartbeat parameter. I was told by other MQ admins that there my be issues with using KeepAlive with Vitria also. Has anyone seen this situation? Does anyone have any alternative measures?
