I have override property "Message" in my ACE, that is configurable trough web interface.
When I put values in this property, they malform on ACE restart. For example, if i put in following value (via override or by hand in the user interface)

It is malformed upon ACE restart into following (pasted as image, because it's so malformed it wont even let me post it here)

It seems to me that when the broker is restarted, it interprets values in configurable properties in some default charset thats too narrow to recognize some of the characters. These then get deformed.
Curiously, when the values are put in, they work as expected. They can be extracted, parsed, interpreted in the ESQL as needed and all of the special characters are preserved. It's just the restart that breaks things.
I'm using ACE 12.0.9.0. These are Czech characters. Is there a parameter I'm missing to indicate to ACE how it should interpret the values in configurable properties?
