Hi,
I'm trying to install IIB Toolkit 10.0.0.14 on laptop with windows 10(Home), installation went through well, but when start it, nothing happened (waited 2-3 mins), looks like toolkit didn't response.
No error messages seen, checked EventViewer, didn't see anything related messages there either, very wired...
Any advice??
Thanks |

But it shows Windows 8.1 Standard... Does that mean you could load it in compatibility mode on Windows 10 home?? _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

Thanks for your response.
Interestingly, I installed IIB toolkit 10.0.0.9 successfully on one of my laptops - laptop A (with windows 10 - Home Edition, bought it years ago), when I do the same thing on a new laptop - laptop B ( with windows 10 - Home Edition, bought it months ago), I couldn't.
I noticed when install IIB toolkit, .net frame work will be installed as well, for old laptop - laptop A, .net frame work will be shown clearly under "Control Panel" -> Programs and Figures, but for new laptop - laptop B, .net frame work must be turn on through "Turn Windows features on or off", but even after that, IIB toolkit just not able to launch....
I strongly suspect it is .net frame work related, but I'm not 100% sure... |
