Hi,
I have loaded a MQ queue QL1 with 1000 messages(of same size) from another queue QL2 of the same queue manager. QL1 is listened by a jms client to get messages from it.
I noticed the messages are processed at two messages per second and around 300 got processed by the time on QL1. Now I just wanted to halt the same in the middle and try with something else.
How can I do it please, Please suggest the best of options below
a) Stop the listener
b) Stop the channel through which the messages are processed.
or anything still better that I haven't listed
MQv8.0.0.6 Windows variant is used for this
Thanks, |

If the JMS client is using a particular SVRCONN channel to connect to the qmgr, you have control to STOP that channel. However, this will cause 2009 / 2059 reason codes in the JMS client, which may or may not be significant. _________________ Glenn |
