Messages on the channel init queue are not getting consumed and causing high CPU usage of runmqchi process. Any ideas what would be the cause of this. |

Yes, We have verified but there are no errors related to this.
Also noticed that the messages on the chl initq are placing by amqrmppa to MQTT queue SYSTEM.MQXR.COMMAND which it is not existed on the qmgr. |

Are you using the telemetry component of MQ?
Any other relevant information you would like to share? Like o/s, mq version, ... _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

Sounds like a bug.
Perhaps it's one of these?

Anyway, open a PMR. IBM should ask you to run a trace so they can see what the runmqchi process is doing. In fact why not do that now, in case the problem cannot be repeated later. |
