Please advise where I can find this support pac or the last version thereof?
I want it ready to use (for Windows MQ explorer) - I don't have a compiler nor do I wish to find one.
If any kind person (Jeff?) can let me know and preferably provide a URL to a ZIP file with the latest version ready to install.
Please don't reply "it's on git hub", because I want it easy to use, not a pile of components that need compiling, in much the same way I would prefer a car to be ready to drive, rather than a collection of bits in boxes. _________________ Well, I don't think there is any question about it. Thanks.
If it was available on a domain ending ibm.com as a zip, then I could download it without taking special measures at my end.
Sadly, or wisely perhaps, our proxy doesn't allow downloads from sites like github, or in fact any access to it.
Which makes the IIB toolkit use of github for examples a real pain. _________________ Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error. |

Damn IBM for using the de facto standard repository for open source code!
But seriously, github does make sense as a place to store this. I work for a major American financial institution which has paranoia as an enterprise wide security standard and even we're allowed access to it.
Obviously materials obtained through this method that need to be used in Prod need to go through the same security evaluation & testing as any other downloaded component. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
