Hello,
I am using Outbound adapter to send data from IIB (v10.0.0.7) to SAP IDoc, but getting error as
Quote: |
''com/sap/conn/idoc/IDocDocument.disableFieldDatatypeChecking(Z)V'' |
We could see from syslog that connection has been made to SAP correctly.
Quote: |
BIP3530I: The SAP Adapter 'SAP_IDoc_Outbound.outadapter' has made a connection to the SAP system 'xxxx-xxxxxx.xx.xxxcorp.net|210|ESB_SAPDEV.463742'.
|
SAP Adapter Implementation-Version: 7.5.0.5_IF31
IDoc API : 3.0.12
JCo API : 3.0.15
User trace (mqsichangetrace) does not provide any further details. Please see below.
Quote: |
UserTrace BIP11003E: The call to method ''executeSapZinternalOrder'' failed and the following error was received: ''com/sap/conn/idoc/IDocDocument.disableFieldDatatypeChecking(Z)V''.
The message flow ''ICE_SAP_Dispatcher'' includes a ''SAP'' request node. The request to call method ''executeSapZinternalOrder'' failed because of error ''com/sap/conn/idoc/IDocDocument.disableFieldDatatypeChecking(Z)V''. |
It would be very helpful, if you please give me a pointer to find out the actual issue.
Is it could be because of Control record data or Idoc data section? |

Could it be that you have a field like UnitOfMeasure, where the defining field is not populated on the IDoc. From looking at the data you posted it looks like this is a custom/customized IDoc...
For instance Distance = 5 means nothing if you don't know whether this is 5 meters, 5 kilometers, 5 miles or 5 inches .... _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

I'll try to verify if I am missing any mandatory data element while sending the message to SAP.
Thanks for your response. |

Hello -
It has to do with SAP jar files, latest jar file update wasn't picked up by IIB. Once that made sure, the issue seems to be resolved. |
