Hi Everyone,
We are using IIB V 10.0.0.4 on Linux Redhat.
Our Linux Red-Hat server was shutdown unexpectedly, and since then all the services which contain SOAP and HTTP input nodes are not working correctly and not listening on their ports.
Also, the broker doesn't want to respond to any command on the old created execution groups. (Deploy, undeploy, stop, start)
Below the error when I try to delete on of the Egs
BIP2112E: Integration node internal error: diagnostic information 'IIBNODE1', '5e6ea4ee-2655-11e6-b79f-c0a8ec1e0000' .
An internal software error has occurred in the integration node. Further messages will indicate the effect of this erro r on the integration node's transactions.
Shutdown and restart the integration node. If the problem continues to occur, then restart the system. If the problem still continues to occur contact your IBM support center.
BIP2871I: The request made by user 'iibadmin' to 'delete' the resource 'EG' of type 'ExecutionGroup' on parent 'IBNODE1' of type 'Broker' has the status of 'FAILED'.
Thanks. |

Why on earth did you try to delete an EG when the Broker had crashed?
That is not going to fix things is it????
Were there any errors in the system event log showing why the broker crashed?
If the broker has crashed then it stands to reason that things like HTTP and SOAP won't be working.
Did you try restarting the Broker? What happened ?
Were your Linux Admins doing anything on the system at the time of the crash?
As this is Linux are the IPC resources exhausted? An IPCS command (with appropriate options) will help you find out.
Is this a production system? If it is then you should be talknig with IBM and working on a PMR. Also, don't rely on unknown people on the internet (i.e. us) for a solution. _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions. |
