Has anybody used Git Hub with IIB9? (eclipse 3.6)
What plugin and what version of the plugin did you use?
Which plugin options did you check before installation?
I am trying to load an EGit plugin and receiving missing oig package error.
Thanks for sharing _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

All the defaults. I don't know Eclipse / Java well enough to do anything else _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

You may need to use the Eclipse marketplace, or etc, to get the right version of Git installed in your Eclipse version.
You may need to install GIT before you install other things on top of your IIB Toolkit. _________________ chmod -R ugo-wx / |

From my experience of doing this, there are a number of git releted packages for your version of Eclipse
Not all of them will:-
1) Install
and/or
2) needed
From memory only TWO packages were needed.
Still a PITA though. _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions. |

Looks like my installation only has the Egit and JGit pieces. But I think I mostly use the git desktop client... <shrug/> _________________ chmod -R ugo-wx / |
