Hi , I have three queue manager like qm1,qm2,qm3. From that qm1 is the default queue manager. Now i want to change the default queue manager to qm2. I am using mqseries5.1 on windows 2000. I couldn't find out any config file like mqs.ini and qm.ini inside the config folder.

You just have to run the "Console root" of MQSeries (I suppose that you can see the icon in the down-right corner of your screen), and then select properties of the queue manager you want and in "General" you can see "Make this the default queue manager".

You need open MQ Series Services consol.
