Summary:
We have a SOAP 1.1+MTOM interface hosted on Message Broker 8 on Windows Server 2008 R2 and accessed via a DataPower XI52.6.0.1.5 virtual client.

Prior to FixPack 5 the interface functioned correctly.
Post FixPack 5 the MTOM attachment is coming through to Message Broker as empty. Message Broker is therefore uploading an empty attachment to the provider system.

Fix Pack 5 onwards is more sensitive to whitespace due to the change in the ws thin client from 7.0.0 to 8.5.5
In particular the MTOM Base64Binary element needs to be on a single line (xop:Include information and all that jazz).
