hi
i uderstand that a workflow solutions should be able to do the following:
They can compare variables such as priority, amount of new work, and amount of existing work to reprioritize all tasks. They can also consider job proficiency, or predicted performance based on past behaviors and KSAOs required to perform the task, to make sure the highest priority and most complex tasks get assigned to the best-performing employees.
How IBM MQWF (WPM) tries to achieve the same.. any thoughts?
regards

IBM's MQ Workflow is MQSeries + Workflow.
The Workflow will manage all the objects for process template (the entire process model), running process instance, work activity, work item and roles. Some of the object data fields are recorded into database, so they can be used for performance report...
MQSeries is the transportation layer for application integration (SO IBM MQWF can support many platforms, from NT to mainframe)...It is the method for client application communicate with server. Put request into a queue, server process it and put the reply in another Q for client to pick up....

thnx for the interest and reply.
I understand how MQWF works as a MQWF architect. My idea is to generate a discussion on specific issues as mentioned in the question.. and how we can achieve them/implement them using mqwf.
regards
