Hello All,
I am using JCN and JDBC type 4 Configurable service to connect with the database.
I am using some jar files reference. The classes in those jar files will load some library data. So i have been given Jar files and the library that jar files is using to load the data.
Me and my team finally came to conclusion that when run this application as standalone java application, then runs fine but broker could not respond when comes to loading this library after calling classes in jar files.
It is very broker specific issue.
Authorities are demanding me to raise the PMR with IBM.
Can somebody having an experience to raise a PMR ticket with IBM tell me, what are the things i need to provide to IBM while raising the ticket.
The components involved in this project are database, library , jar files, project interchange. Should i provide all the details to them? |

There's this great thing these days called "Google"; it's a great help in what the rest of us call "doing what we're paid to do"; something distinct from posting here I should point out.

You'll need to start with the versions, the errors, and at least the relevant source code.
They'll probably ask for a service trace, so it's not a bad idea to send that initially as well. _________________ chmod -R ugo-wx / |
