Hi , we want to switch the JMS application which points to local MQ to remote MQ. Remote MQ is installed with latest version and will have the same configuration , QMGR and MQ objects as local MQ. Can we export the complete Queue Manager Configuration and it Objects , messages to this new MQ and which tool is required. |

you certainly can tools like saveqmgr (ms03) + amqoamd and dmpmqcfg come to mind...  _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

As for messages residing in queues, the are several supportpacs and 3rd party prospects that offer the 'copy to file' capability. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

qload which is now in IBM MQ v8 as the command dmpmqmsg _________________ Well, I don't think there is any question about it. It can only be attributable to human error. This sort of thing has cropped up before, and it has always been due to human error. |
