Hi,

I am able to show the AS400 QMGR from MQSERIES Explorer on my NT pc. When I try to do the same on other developers' pc's I get the following message:

AMQ4036 Access not authorized. You are not authorized to perform this operation.

Ho do I grant these developers access so that they can show this Q MAnager? Where is the authority problem? Is it on the AS400? If so where?

The authority issue is on AS400. You need to add a principal for each userid that needs access to this qm.
