I have an organization. I have setup a dummy userid. I am assigning work item to this userId and am allowing all the people in the org to tranfer the work item to themselves and work on it.
It's a manual activity
The question is
When the process comes to the activity, If somebody in the ORG logs in he gets this activity. It can either be "TRANSFERRED" or "DELETED". If he transfers this work item to himself and refreshes, he has two things--
1. A work item which can be started checked out etc
2. Another work item which can be "TRANSFERRED" or "DELETED".

Is it how it is suppossed to be or did I do something wrong.

I am confused.

IF there was one workitem initally assigned to user DUMMY, when a user logs in and transfers that workitem from DUMMY to themselves, there is still only 1 workitem right? Yet I am interpreting what you say to be there are now 2 workitems. I don't see how this can be unless there were 2 workitems to start with.
