Hi ,
I have installed web sphere Message Broker v8 on my laptop..In that,
Toolkit i couldn't find Broker Administration under Window->open perspective.
Where could i find it ?... |

Did you try the broker Explorer?

You must be using older versions of WMB (may be v6) before you've installed v8.
Did you read the IBM Info center, that what WMB v7 and/or v8 brings the enhancements to its toolkit ?
Broker Administration Perspective has been removed from WMB Toolkit and moved to MB Explorer (also known as MQ Explorer with Support Pack Applied for MB Administration).
