Hi,
I am new to WMB development. My colleague recommended this site.
I want to know if anyone has developed a User Validation service?
Also can someone direct me to a good tutorial on creating a application all the way to deploying

You want to be sure your users are valid? It's unlikely; some of mine are exceptionally dodgy!

If you mean "User Data Validation" then a) WMB doesn't typically sit at the front end of the stack with people entering data & b) it has inbuilt features for validating the data it does receive.

Lots of people earn a living providing training on this subject; I'd recommend getting whichever colleague recommended this site to tell you where he got his training, and also to mentor you as you get started.

Most sites have specific procedures around deploying code. Again, local knowledge is the key here.
