Dear All,

Few days ago, I created a flow in which Email output node is used to send email to customer. Everything was working fine till today. suddenly email is not sent?

can anybody please help what can be possible problems?

Not sent, or just not received? Are there any error messages? Has this flow sent this receipient emails before? How have you verified the email address you're sending to is correct?

Thanks Vitor for reply.

Yes you are right. email is not received as well. To and From email addresses are 100% correct. There are no error not even in event viewer. I have also put trace on failure and in terminal of Email output node, and it always prints messages for In terminal log.

Is there any way to verify that email has been sent through message broker to SMTP server?

- make sure you have effective error handling to trap errors
- run a user trace and watch the message being sent to SMTP

A trace node on the failure node is not "effective error handling" and can be counter productive.

What's in the SMTP server logs for the time in question?
