Hi All,

I am facing issue while giving the command

$output =Get-WMQQueueStatus -Name QueueName -Qmgr -QueueManagerName | select Name

Getting Error : "String was not recognized as valid date time at 30th column."

30 Column is end of the word of Status*.

Hi,
I had a very similar problem trying to get Get-WMQChannelStatus to work. I found that the cmdlet worked only when I had a saved channel status but returned an invalid DateTime error when the channel was running and had a current channel status.

Concluding this was a bug in the cmdlet I contacted the supportpac authors. Unfortunately they were no longer working on it, and neither was anyone else from IBM. As its a category 2 supportpac it is unsupported and provided "as-is".

Although IBM may pick this up again in the future, my conclusion is that although this is a nice set of cmdlets for powershell, for my own requirements these weren't viable option to use.

For your problem I have tried a few combinations from the examples provided in the help for Get-WMQQueueStatus but I could not get it to work.

For your info, these "manpage" style help for any command can be found as follows:

Help on command format
Code:
Get-Help Get-WMQChannelStatus

Examples
Code:
Get-Help Get-WMQChannelStatus -examples
