I would be very grateful for some advice please?
Have a requirement to create a multi-instance qmgr on Z-Linux (SUSE) but sadly the use of NFS4 isn’t an option for us. Please correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t believe GPFS is supported on Z or is it?
Other than using Network Attached Storage are there any other options for the shared storage? |

Go to google. Search for gpfs+z/Linux. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

From my reading of MI configuration doc, NFS v4 (or later) is a pre-requisite. |
I believe that technically, anything that meets the necessary conditions is supported.
GPFS and NFSv4 and maybe one other thing are the only things the lab has *tested*. |
