Hi all,
I'm facing some problems configuring the MySAP.com adapter for WMQI.

After a preliminary configuration of a SAPConnector.cfg file within the Connector Configurator tool, suplying the required queues and other parameters for the connector, I have to code something in the Data Handler foil (don't know why, there's no documentation) or I got a validation fail. So I do this with some information (text/XML for MimeType and CwXML for DHCalss), but I'm not sure.

Due to this, the Test Connector tool is not working properly, so I conclude I can't go further with SAP configurations, even the SAPODA seems to be working ok (starting and keeping running, at least!)

My local IBM support in Brazil said they didn't do any lab with this kind of Adapters yet.

Any one with some experience in that? Some idea can help?
thanks.

Hi all,
The manual seems to be quite complicated, nothing like the IBM standards, so you can find information in any place inside it, even in another topic you were not looking for!

Any way, I had some progression:
Once I got a standard .cfg file for SAP connector, I opend the CN_SAP.txt file (originally design for ICS) and changed some parameters so the Data Handler section became unnecessary. But my connection is not OK. The Visual Test Connector tool is not working properly.

While running the SAPODA, I got it in the BO Designer and I could configure the client parameters, get into the SAP Server and extract IDocs, but I get an error compiling a BAPI request.

Any ideas?

Hi again.
Everything seems to be working now: Connector and ODA.
Some tips I couldn't find in the manual:
- Every time you code a filename, code the full path too.
- Coding the .cfg file by the Connector Configurator, you must be authorized to run every module in the "modules" parameter, or you won't even logon into SAP
- After install the j2sdk you have to include the /j2sdk/bin in the path variable, or you cannot discover some elements with ODA.

Still a problem:
Extracting an IDoc with SAPODA, it's changing or displacing the IDoc FieldName field with Comments field.

Any help
