Hi guys,

I can not create broker after I delete an old broker.
Here is the error info:
Code:

mqsicreatebroker TJ12BRK -q TJ12_QUEUE_MANAGER_001
AMQ8110:WebSphere MQ queue manager already exists.
BIP8986I:A failure occurred when the broker tried to update the PSMODE for WebSphere MQ queue manager 'TJ12_QUEUE_MANAGER_001'.Return code:3049.
The Publish Subcribe Interface (PSMODE) within WebSphere MQ for queue manager 'TJ12_QUEUE_MANAGER_001' is currently set to ENABLED. This setting is incompatible with WebSphere Message Broker in its default configuration. The broker tried to change the PSMODE to COMPATIBILITY but the request failed.
Ensure that the WebSphere MQ command server is running and is able to process PCF requests.


What can I do ? Can you tell me how to resolve the problem ?

Have you tried the command directly, e.g.
Code:
runmqsc TJ12_QUEUE_MANAGER_001

then
Code:
alter qmgr psmode(COMPAT)

I tried this command and it works. I can create broker again!

OK, it was a workaround, but I recommend you checking the security setting for your user. You can find the details in the InfoCenter, e.g. for v7.0:
