when i enable the Global cache to default,Broker hangs means it stop and giving fallowing error.
"An internal error has occurred: 2 2102 in putToInputQueue"
After this if try to fire any command to stop or start the node it shows like
-bash: fork: retry: Resource temporarily unavailable
-bash: fork: retry: Resource temporarily unavailable
-bash: fork: retry: Resource temporarily unavailable
-bash: fork: retry: Resource temporarily unavailable |

Check the OS & find out what resource you're short of. It's beyond conincidence that both WMB & WMQ are complaining there's an issue.
If this has worked and now doesn't work, see what's changed. If it's never worked, check that your OS configuration is correct and meets all the pre-reqs for both pieces of software, especially shared memory, semaphores, etc. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
