Hello All,

Please let me know if we can achieve the following WMB v8 or above

1. Dynamically invoke a subflow by setting some values in local environment tree
2. Dynamically call a ESQL procedure by setting some values in local environment tree

Eg. MQ output and XSL transform nodes use dyamic values from lcl env tree to write to queues and pick XSL respectively.

Thanks.

Yes, WMB does perform content based routing, which is a core value of any Enterprise Service Bus.

Your concept of 'dynamic' may need some adjustment, however. Route-to-label may be the closest concept to what you think of as 'dynamic'.

You can't do #2, because you can't invoke an ESQL routine simply by changing the LocalEnvironment.

You can write ESQL, or other things, that will

Put values into LocalEnvironment tree
Read values from LocalEnvironment tree and then MAKE DECISIONS, including Calling funcitons
But it's not "direct".

And as lancelotlinc says, it depends A LOT on what you personally and individually mean by "dynamic".
