Hi all! i am beginner with MQ and need to know if given a queue manager, how can i find out all the channels and queues associated with it.
also if someone could let me know, given a queue, how can i find out the channel it is using.
we use runmqsc for checking mq on solaris.
all help appreciated. thanks  |

As a beginner, you should save embarrassment and scorn by first doing your own training and research. Look at the IBM Infocenters for MQ. Everything is in there.
I see that you know about runmqsc. Then surely you are aware of its "display" command. Just look at what it can do. It is truly amazing. Welcome to the world of MQ!  _________________ Glenn |
