Running amqcrsta outside of inetd.conf

Currently amqcrsta is running in inetd but is getting over 18 connections a second. This is no doubt having an impact on performance is there anyway the function of amqcrsta can be moved outside of inetd, i.e as a standalone daemon.

The alternative for running the listnener is the command
runmqlsr -t TCP [-p port#] [-m QMgrName]

To run the listener in the background on an HP-UX server use:

nohup runmqlsr -t TCP [-p port#] [-m QMgrName] &

You can also use the START LISTENER command to start it in the background.
