This sounds very much like one of the following:-

1) A certification test question
2) An interview question

If your reason for asking is none of the above then please explain why you need to know this as it is explained in the documentation.

How would you pass authorization for any application or user across domains?

Use that solution.

This is a Windows issue not a MQ one.
