I can see uncommitted message on the DEAD queue..
I have restarted the DEAD letter handler but the message still not processed.
AS this is uncommitted message we are not able to browse the message soo that we can see the DEAD header..
What could be the reason and resolution for this issue.

Whatever made you think they would be unless you suspected the DLQH of being the offending non-committer?

The messages are being put but not committed and you need to identify the 'offending' process and get it to commit or back out.

The easiest way is to try and prevent it from happening in the first place...
There is such a thing like quality control in programming. Usually it is achieved as "peer review"
After the fact it is much more difficult.

I'm sure QSTATUS comes into the equation somewhere...

yes.... but on dead letter queue only the dead letter handler will be running right.. |
