I'm posting an IDOC through ALE to SAP system using the SAP request node in WMB 7. I pulled the BO's of the IDOC, created MsgSet, flow and configured the broker properties properly.

Though the IDOC sent to SAP contains Data and Conrol information , The IDOC is posting in SAP with blank field values under all segments.

Any clue what I'm doing wrong.

I also received the below confirmation from SAP
<NS1:SapOrders05Yorders05 xmlns:NS1="http://www.ibm.com/xmlns/prod/websphere/j2ca/sap/saporders05yorders05"><SAPTransactionID>351EF3685D7D50D3A30A1792</SAPTransactionID></NS1:SapOrders05Yorders05>

Hi,

What normal problem solving actions (trace nodes, enable rfc -trace on adapter, enable debug user trace on your flow) have you applied to your problem?

Sound like a classic case of sending an empty input document to a V7 mapping node (before calling the SAPRequest node) ...

Trace node is your friend. Use him often.

Thanks experts for your suggestions.

I have MQoutputnode before SAPRequest node to capture the payload going to SAP. I can see all the segments populated with the data.

Any further thoughts. BTW, I'm using compute node not Mapping node.

Is not the same as Trace node.
