Is it possible to set a port on the connectionName attribute when creating a IMQChannel object in C++?

Quote:

ImqString connectionName( ) const ;
Returns the connection name.
ImqBoolean setConnectionName( const char * name = 0 );
Sets the connection name. This method returns TRUE if successful.

I've tried address port and address:port, but neither seems to work.

Never mind. Works just fine with address(port).

The C++ api is stabilized, and will not have any new function introduced in version 7, much less 7.1 or 7.5.

It's recommended you look at the plain C api from within C++ apps.
