Hi all,
We are trying to use MQ to run Coolgen based transactions.Coolgen is a code generator and the transactions generated through coolgen are similar to IMSDC transactions. But the way the transactions work are transparent to the user.
We wanted to use IMS-MQ OTMA Bridge. But there is no properly defined MID and MOD formats for the coolgen transactions. The code it generates is somewhat in a non-readable format and has syntax which is specific to coolgen. Some users said the usage of Java and IMS connect was tried and the input MID format was provided by refering the MFS format. But it did not work even though the transaction got triggered. There were some more fields required to be given which is transparent to the user.
Is there any special Bridge provided by IBM to interact with transactions generated through coolgen ?
Is it possible to have an written interfacing program which can run the coolgen transaction.
Any help / suggestions are greatly welcome.
