Hi,
We are using MQ 7018 and broker 7002 on AIX 6.1

We have 2 brokers on 2 different machines with different names and will handle the traffic in load balancing manner with MQ clustering. We deploy the same bar on both brokers (i.e., both brokers are configured in the same way).

On one of the broker syslogs, we dont see any of the below usr.info logs where as on the 2nd broker machine, we see lot of the below user.info logs in syslogs.. Not sure why it is different than the 1st machine. Please advise.

Because the sys log daemon is configured differently on the 1st machine?

Speak to the sys admins.

Thanks Vitor.

But I see the syslogs are configured the same way when I look at the /etc/syslog.conf file

Code:
user.info               /esb/broker/log/user.log

Let me know if you still want me to check with the sys admin?.

Thanks.

It can't hurt. It's not impossible there's some kind of OS filtering in play. Worst they'll say is "it's not us" and be right.

check also if you have debug variables set in one machine and not in the other, like
MQSI_SHOW_DEPLOY and MQSI_DEPLOY_PROGRESS
