Mesage Broker 7 will not suport NEON Rules and Formatter. We have a lot of flows using NEON formatter for complex repepeating data structures. Does anyone know if there are any tools to help in the migration or is iit a case of manually converting all the NEON data formats to MRM and re-coding the esql?

I would suggest skipping Broker v7 and moving to Broker v8 and skipping migrating NEON to MRM and instead migrate NEON to DFDL.

There isn't a good process for either one, and the second option is going to be workable for a much longer period of time than the first, and you've already shown you're in a shop that doesn't like to change.

Still? Those should have been retired (or discretely buried) years ago.

I'd doubt there are any NEON tools that are still supported and/or run on modern platforms. IMHO you're now facing the conversion effort your site has been putting off all these years.

It might be worth casually mentioning (especially to anyone who complains about the effort this is going to take) that this would have been easier & faster years ago when NEON was retired.

I concur with my most worthy associate that you should use v8 & leverage the DFDL parser. Not only will it postpone future conversion work, you should find it easier to work with on complex repeating structures than MRM.
