Dear All,
I am facing an issue with fileoutput node. I have a message flow which should deliver the message once in every 4 hours. A timeout node is used for achieving this. But at times, the trigger is happening automatically (am not sure though)and the file is coming out of transit folder. As the flow is handling a huge volume of messages, the messages came during the transfer of file from mqsitransit to the root folder are failing due to Recoverable Exception. What could be the reason behind this. No entries related to the incident are available in /var/adm/messages. Am sure no body has restarted the Execution grps or any other components. Kindly help me to resolve this problem
Regards,
Sarath |

Timeout nodes are not the most reliable way of scheduling flows, as has been discussed before in this forum. Also if you're not sure the trigger is happening maybe you should be sure before looking for other causes.

How are you connecting huge volume of messages to the failure?
Also all WMB flow problems are reported as Recoverable Exceptions, so you need to look into that just a little. Or at all.

As sure as you are that the trigger fired?

How? You've told us there's an exception but nothing about what it is, and that there's nothing in the logs (which is what I'd expect if the WMB produced an exception). _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
