Is there a way to force the removal of a flow from an execution group?
A normal mqsistopmsgflow does not work.
Broker version:7.0.0.2

Does not work why? Which of the responses here do you get?

Is the flow waiting for an external resource to finish processing a transaction? Are there any log messages?

What happens if you try and stop the execution group?

Also. and a little pedantically, that doesn't remove the flow from the execution group it only stops it. An mqsideploy command will remove it.

Is your attempt to delete a flow hanging, with a timeout?

Any attempt to deploy or remove the flow times out. I can stop the execution group after 1 or 2 attempts. The process id of the execution group keeps changing one started. The log file shows that the execution group keeps stutting down and starting up again.

What is the primary group id of the service id you are using to start the broker instance?

If the EG is repeatedly abending, which you say it is, then you need to delete the EG.

As well as troubleshoot why the EG is repeatedly abending.

As a first step, I'd FP3 of 7.0.0.0.

There are no abend files on the system.
I had to restart the broker and then was able to remove the flow without any problems this time.
I'll also look at FP3. Thanks for the recommendation.
