I use WMB V7 toolkit. I tried to import a cobol copy book to create a message definition. I imported the cobol copy book, open it in the toolkit. There is no error flaged. So I did the create message definition using cobol copy book. But it shows nothing in the structure and message selection window. If I containue, the message defintion will be created with no elements
In the log xxcobolreport.txt there is no error. All it shows is
Import options for COBOL:
:
and nothing else

I tried another copy book, it works. The log says
Import options for COBOL:
:
:
Creating global element "msg_MYMESSAGE"

So there must be something wrong with the copy book. However there is no error indication. Is there any other places that I can get some hints.

Open up the copy book. There should be some things color flagged if there is a problem with the copy book.

Have fun

The only colour is black and blue. I believe they are normal.

I tried the same one under 6.1 toolkit and it works. Not sure if it is a bug with TK 70 or 61 is a little more forgiving. Just not working without any error message is very frustrating.
