Hi,
We have a requirment to sent short messages to ESME(webshere message broker) to SMSC in bidirectional message exchange using SMPP
protocol.how to create the interface between wmb and SMSC??

Not that I condone the spamming of mobile users with marketing text messages, Logica has a Java jar you can use to do what you are asking. Logon to the Logica support page and download it.
