How to transform a particular field in incoming xml rfom soap input node to publication node as cdata.

soapinput node---------->computenode-------------->publicationnode

Incoming data:Soap Input node

<abc>&lt;empno>123&lt;/empno>&lt;empstatus>onroll&lt;/empstatus></abc>


Output:Publication node

<abc><![CDATA[<empno>123</empno><empstatus>onroll</empstatus>]]></abc>

In your compute node, write ESQL statements that transform the data to your desired output format.

If yu havent had the benefit of being able to go on the Broker course there is a great little function called the search engine in the toolkit help, in there are marvellous little utilities that help you find things relevant like the search for XMLNSC: Working with CData
