Could you please help me
How to write single trace file for multiple traces nodes inthe flow instead of writing trace file on each trace node.

One obvious method would be to write the trace to the broker log rather than individual files, and extract it from there.

Of course, if you're using the trace files as a poor man's audit and are looking for 1 file per execution containing trace node output with the message details my suggestion isn't going to work. But then neither is using Trace nodes as audit points; at least not all that well.
