Can anyone tell me what is a good size for the Networked storage used for MQ Multi-instance?

The same size as you'd use for non-networked storage for a non-multi instance queue manager.

Which depends entirely on what the queue manager is used for, how it's used and a myriad of other factors. There are some IBM sizing recommendations and discussions in here you might find useful.
