any body could yu possible to tell me,which purpose for using the following node,Failure node,catch node & aggregation node.

Have you looked in the inforCentre for information?
The nodes are fully documented in there
Have you taken any of the Broker Training?
these nodes would be coverted in the classes.
Have you looked at the sample flows?
The aggregation node sample is well worth experimenting with

We don't supply answers to the certification tests.

If you have done at least some of the above please come back with some specific questions and I'm sure they will get answered.
