v LU 6.2
v NetBIOS
v SPX
What is difference between them?

They are different protocols, each with their own benefits/drawbacks. Google is your best friend here and Wiki will probably be best for a high-level understanding of each, and no doubt there is more in-depth information on each elsewhere.

I started to offer a comment to this post, and realized I didn't understand the question.

OP, is your question regarding "what is TCP?" or is it about "when to use TCP/IP vs bindings?"

In either case, the previous post is good advice.

Why does WMQ support more than one? So your organization can use WMQ with the protocol it uses.

Each protocol has advantages and disadvantages. The protocol that your organization supports will be the one you specify in your channel definitions and listeners.

You can search google for a definition and description for each of these protocols.
