Hi,

We are planning to upgrade MQ 5.3 to MQ v6.0 or v7.0 on iseries box, I have gone through various links but still not quite confident as i have never done this, I need suggesstion from experts who has already done this, i kindly request you to share your inputs and ideas.

It depends whats the scope of your system, but update to the latest version of MQ.
I can not assume what all you have referred , so have a look at :
