Help Please

I am trying to create a Siebel Adapter but while creating it shows some error like "Failure in connection to EIS could not open session in 4 attempts.{1}(SBL-JCA-00200)"

I tried it many time but getting same error.

In our Env, the user id and the password that we use for the adapter can also be used to log into the SIEBEL Server Internet Page. That way we can verify whether a SIEBEL Admin has changed the user ID/Password

Another thing that you could check on is whether the IP and the port numbers are accessible by opening a telnet session.
