Hi,
I am working on L1 Blanket Visa here in USA on Message Broker but I will return back to India in 4-5 months. I want some company to sponsor me H1 Visa. Is it possible? Has anyone seen this scenario? Please let me know if I am thinking it right and it is possible? |

I am not now nor have I ever been an immigration specialist but given that I don't believe it's possible to transfer from an L1 to an H1 directly. I might be wrong, you might have to take a day trip to Canada so you've "left the USA" and hence can return on a different visa or you might have to go to a US embassy in India.
My top tip: first find a company prepared to sponsor you for an H1 visa. This is likely to be the more tricky task. Once that is achieved, you will almost certainly discover it's not their first H1 sponsorship and they have 1-n qualified people who'll be able to advise you.
