Need advice on configuration for the following:

Currently using FTP to transfer a file from an NT webserver to a remote mainframe twice a day (scheduled), with the mainframe pushing and pulling the data. Want to use MQSeries Version 5.2 to replace FTP, prefer to use Java if coding required.

Please advise recommended configuration. Whether or not to cluster, use local/remote/alias queues, channeling requirements, MQSI with MA0P support pack for FTP, how to trigger, etc...??
