I'm running MQSI 2.02 with CSD03 and MQSeries 5.2 with CSD04.
All of the MQSeries Queues are empty.
A tail of the syslog.user file shows no activity at all from MQSI.
But vmstat indicates my system is using US=3, Sy=46, id=47 and wa=0
This vmstat indication persists indefinitly.
I have found that shutting down MQSeries (after first shutting down MQSI
of course) definitly free's the above cpu utilization.
The problem is repeatable.
I have found that amqzxma0 seems to be the culprit.
The grep's at the end of this note show it consuming more and more cpu.
Anyone know why?
This situation only seems to occur on a box with both MQSeries and MQSI.
Non-Broker boxes hosting MQ Queue Managers are OK.

The problem went away when I added "IPCCBaseAddress=11" to the mqs.ini for each Queue Manager. Evidently, there was some IPCS malfeasance going on with another task that used the same segment that MQ was using????
