I have installed MB 6.0 and the corresponding toolkit . May i know How to upgrade that things to v6.1 to get all the 6.1 nodes in Broker Toolkit?

Have you looked at the the documentation in the 6.1 Infocentre on upgrading?
That should be your first port of call.
Then by all means come back here with more detailed questions.
